What do you think of when you hear ‘invisible braces’? You might think that braces are impossible to hide. You may also think that are stuck with prominently visible braces for the duration of your orthodontic treatment program.

With modern orthodontic technology, happily this is no longer the case! You can undertake alignment treatment in a totally discrete way that allows you to carry on normal daily life uninterrupted.

Go Invisible with Invisalign

The Invisalign System uses a totally unique approach to straitening and aligning your teeth. Invisalign is essentially a series of customised, hygenic, clear, removable plastic aligners that slowly move your teeth into line over the course of your treatment program. This is one of our favourite invisible braces treatment options.

These aligners slip over your teeth very easily and start working immediately on insertion. If you need to remove them to eat, brush/clean your teeth or (for example) a photo shoot, they pop right out with no hassle. These aligners are similar to the plastic retainers that are often used post braces treatment to keep teeth in place until the custom plate/retainer is ready for use.

Invisalign act like ‘sleeves’ over your teeth and they are a highly discrete tooth alignment system. Most of your friends and colleagues won’t notice you’re wearing Invisalign aligners. This means you can carry on with day to day life without interference from more visible orthodontic treatment systems. In addition, there are longer breaks between doctor visits with Invasign vs. traditional braces.

Incognito System

The second invisible braces treatment option Bachmann offer is the Incognito system. This system uses a series of brackets mounted behind (instead of in front) of the teeth. This means they are virtually invisible to anyone you come into contact with.
